We don't saw the planks straight; instead, we preserve the organic, winding live edges on both the inside and outside. The blue epoxy follows these organic lines precisely, making it look as if water is carving its way through a canyon of solid wood. Every little dent, every twist and every knot in the wood remains visible, telling the story of the tree.

• Choose your own wood: Because no two trees are the same, we invite you to come and choose the slabs yourself to form the foundation of your table.

• Choose your colour: Is this blue your favourite? Or would you prefer emerald green, black or clear? We can pour the epoxy in any colour you choose.

• Base: Because the top is solid and heavy, we recommend a sturdy steel base, such as the spider leg (matrix) shown here, for maximum stability.
