At iQonya, we make your top entirely bespoke in our own Dutch workshop. But before we start sawing, we make absolutely sure.
The 'Cardboard Template' Service: Always a Perfect Fit
To ensure your new top fits seamlessly, we offer a unique service. Before we work the precious cedar wood, we ask you to make a cardboard template of the space at home.
You cut the cardboard so it fits perfectly between your walls. You mark out where the waste pipe and tap need to go. You send this cardboard template to us (or drop it off). If the cardboard fits, we are 100% sure the finished wooden top will fit perfectly too. No more stress about gaps or wrong measurements!
Your Colour, Your Style
Once the shape is finalised, our craftsmen get to work. The top is cut, the holes are routed, and the entire piece is sanded to a velvety finish.
And then comes the finishing touch: the colour. Cedar wood is beautiful in its own right, but with our high-quality oils, you can guide the look so it matches your tiles and bathroom furniture perfectly.
Natural & Light: Want a fresh, Scandinavian look? Then we choose an oil that preserves the natural, light colour of the cedar.
Warm & Dark: Going for a chic hotel vibe? Then we can use a darker oil to give the wood a deeper, more intense shade.
In our showroom, we'll show you the options on a piece of offcut wood, so you know exactly what to expect. The oil also ensures the wood is perfectly protected against splashes and toothpaste stains.
