Warm olive wood and dark blue-grey epoxy come together in this distinctive dining table. The irregular wood pieces retain their own grain within a generous, glossy top with a substantial edge. The dark base echoes the epoxy. The gallery connects the original wood layout with the finished piece in its dining room.

The furniture shown is an example of our bespoke work. We make your own version in our workshop in Zevenhuizen. Together, we discuss dimensions, wood selection, epoxy colour, finish and base. Price on request.

A design with its own character

The golden-brown olive grain runs through the tabletop like a landscape. Dark epoxy joins the spaces between the wood pieces and creates a clear contrast. The natural shapes remain visible along the full length of the design.

Wood, epoxy and finish

The detail photograph shows the substantial edge and glossy surface. The dark base keeps the focus on the warm wood tones and epoxy channels. For your own table, we choose the finish and base in harmony with your interior.

The story in the photographs

The photographs show the table in its dining room, from the end and along the edge. The final photograph shows the raw olive wood layout before filling. You can find the same shapes again in the finished top.

"We searched a lot to find a place where we could have a variety of choices. I can say that it was a great experience because we could do the painting ourselves. The quality of the wood is high and they send it to us on time. Very friendly management. The table has given a lot of grandeur to our living room. Thank you iqonya.🙏🏻😍"

"After seeing rivertables for the first time on the internet I found Iqonya. The original plan was to let them make a table with a ‘blue’ river. Long story short they made a fantastic table for me , not with a blue epoxy river but with a gray river. Combination of expoxy and Olivetree wood is fantastic. I was invited to Iqonya to be present during a part of the fabrication and we were able to add certain personal items in the table. I’ve added some sea sand and coins from Lebanon. I really , really like my rivertable , it still amazes me every day when I see it. Best piece of furniture I ever bought. Rose had given me great advice about making the best possible table."
