A Clear Epoxy River In this design, the organic inner edges (the live edge) of the slabs face each other. The space between them is filled with absolute precision with a stunning, transparent green-blue epoxy. This creates a beautiful contrast and a flowing 3D effect. Beyond its striking looks, this is also highly practical: the epoxy resin cures to an incredibly strong, smooth surface. This makes the table top completely sealed and highly hygienic, ensuring no crumbs or food spills can get trapped in the natural knots.

Optimal Protection with Enhanced Wood Oil A dining table is the heart of the home and sees plenty of daily use. That is why we treat the wood with a 100% natural, enhanced wood oil based on tung oil and sunflower oil. This oil penetrates deep into the pores, offering excellent protection against moisture and dirt. You are in complete control of the final look: we can accentuate the red glow of the cedar for an exceptionally warm feel, or tone it down for a modern, matte finish.

Honest about wood: A solid live edge table is a living product and reacts to the humidity in your home. Over time, the table may show minor signs of wear or lose some of its sheen. Fortunately, this is easy to remedy yourself: simply clean the table and apply a fresh, thin coat of maintenance oil to restore its deep colour and make it look brand new again.
