The Majestic Cedar Dining Table: A Statement of Natural Luxury

Discover your dream table at iQonya Natural Tables. This cedar live edge table is more than a piece of furniture; it is an imposing statement of natural beauty and artisanal craftsmanship. Entirely made to measure in our Zevenhuizen workshop, this table is designed to be the robust heart of your home, where life is lived, laughter is shared, and meals are enjoyed.

The Magic of Cedar: Scent and Character

What makes this table truly unique is the wood itself. Cedar stimulates the senses. It is known for its wonderful, distinctive and soothing aroma. This natural scent also has the welcome benefit of keeping insects at bay.

Visually, cedar is just as impressive. As you can see in the product photos, the wood is characterised by a beautiful, often striking grain and warm tones ranging from reddish to light brown. The natural live edge and knots give every table top a character entirely of its own. No two tables are the same.

Robustness that Lasts for Generations

Choosing a cedar dining table from iQonya is an investment in the future. Cedar has been prized for thousands of years – from the ancient Egyptians to the legendary Cedars of Lebanon – for its remarkable durability and preservative qualities.

The natural oils in the wood offer excellent resistance to moisture. Although the wood is relatively lightweight, the inherent strength of our carefully selected cedar, combined with our craftsmanship, results in an exceptionally solid build that effortlessly withstands the rigours of daily family life.

Your Unique Table, Made to Measure in Zevenhuizen

Every cedar table is a unique project. Whether you are looking for a two-metre table for a cosy kitchen or an imposing four-metre piece for a large dining room, we can bring it to life.

• Finish: You choose the finish that best highlights its natural beauty, such as a subtle oil treatment to enrich the depth of the grain.
• Your choice of base: As you can see in the photos, the look of the table can change completely with the right base (such as industrial black steel or a striking red). The base is not included as standard, giving you complete freedom to choose legs that perfectly match your interior. We are always happy to advise you.
